Dr. Wilder Smith is a skilled endodontist with extensive training and experience. He earned his dental degree from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in Birmingham, AL, and completed his endodontic specialty residency at the University of Florida. Additionally, he completed a hospital-based dentistry residency at the VA Hospital in Birmingham, AL.
Dr. Smith is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, and the Tri-County Dental Society, where he served as past President. He currently serves as president of the Alabama Association of Endodontists.
All my anxiety was eliminated! I was a nervous wreck in anticipation of having a root canal procedure done. The entire staff did an outstanding job in treating me; and made me feel extremely comfortable. I would not want anyone but Dr. Smith doing my root canals. He is excellent. I have never had any pain. He also has a warm personality a long with his wonderful assistant.
The staff and Dr. Smith were so kind and made you feel so at ease. The procedure was not as bad as I had imagined. They are the best!
