Dr. Smith was absolutely wonderful. I was so nervous about needing a root canal, but she made the procedure painless and comfortable. Day two and I am feeling so much better. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have had many root canals, but have never experienced such greatness as Smith & Smith. Beginning with my call to the receptionist, Nicole, she was polite, kind, and patient with my scheduling and check out process. She explained all billing upfront and in detail to my understanding. The hygienist was incredible with my anxiety and was one of the main reasons I was able to calm my mind. She was so sweet, caring, and very considerate of my fear. Dr. Carol Smith was just as excellent as the others, being kind, considerate, patient, and very detailed on explaining the process and future needs of my dental work. This was my second root canal with Dr. Carol, both times I have not experienced any post procedure problems like I’ve had with other ones. I walked in with such high anxiety and walked out so calm. 10/10 highly recommend. Thank you Smith & Smith for everything you’ve done for me. May you all and your families be incredibly blessed.
